Frequently Asked Questions

There is no cost to attend SupTech Week 2023.
Please contact suptechweek@jbs.cam.ac.uk with questions or comments.
Organisations can have their staff register to attend and/or organizations can propose and organize panels, fireside chats, tech sprints, and other activities aligned with the event's theme and objectives.
You will be advised if your session was accepted no later than November 24th.
Live global content will start at 8am ET/ 1pm GMT
If your session is accepted it will be slated between the hours of 8am-5pm ET.
We prefer that you confirm the availability of suggested speakers prior to your submission, however you may also pre-record your session and send it to us by November 28th. The pre-recorded session will then be available on demand during your time slot.
Keynote, moderated fireside chat (1:1), moderated panel, round table discussion, demo, design sprint, tech sprint or you may propose your own format.
SupTech week be hosted on VFairs which is a zoom-integrated platform.
Please go to our website to log in with your email address to view the daily agenda and join sessions.
Each speaker will receive a zoom link with log in information and details about your session.
On demand sessions will be available for 30 days following the event. You must be registered for SupTech week in order to view on demand programming.
Yes, you must register to view all SupTech Week programming.
